3. Who can be listed? Any organization or business that employs individuals for pay can be listed. This includes both for-profit and non-profit employers. Whole companies or organizations can be listed or, in some cases, sub-units of companies. For a sub-unit of a larger company or organization to be listed, they MUST have control over their personal budget and the authority to hire employees (within guidelines set by the larger organization in many cases). For example, individual restaurants that belong to a large chain may be listed individually. Departments within the University of Georgia that hire their own employees and maintain their own personnel budget may also be listed separately. |
