Worker Friendly Belief Statement

We believe that there are many businesses and organizations that voluntarily pay a living wage and provide opportunities for employee growth.

Employers benefit when they are located in a prosperous community. When the community thrives, individuals and families thrive. At a minimum, every household should have enough income to meet basic needs, medical expenses, and education.
